Nearly every day there is a study on what we should be eating and what we shouldn’t. The negative messaging is scary and unhelpful and leaves us more confused than empowered.One thing is for sure: the over-processing of our food is causing health problems and a disconnection from nature. In our drive to create efficiencies in our ever-busy lives, we’ve gone too far.
