You can find your inspiration by searching in the product data base. You can use several selection criteria to fine tune your search or you can type in key words in the search bar in the right upper corner. When you have found the product you would like to receive, click on the order button and follow the procedure to order.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, don’t worry. Just click on the “?” and fill out as many details as possible and follow the order procedure. We will look for the product and will send it to you asap.
PO# and shipments
After having received your order, we will send a concept invoice by email directly. In this mail you will find a link where you can fill in your PO number as soon as you have it available. The PO number is needed to finalize the invoice. In the mean time we will execute your order. When the order has been sent, we will send a notification including the airway bill number so you are able to track your order. Shipments will be carried out by DHL, UPS or TNT. On the order form you can select which carrier you prefer and include your account number so the shipment costs can be charged to your carrier account by the carrier.
We can arrange single products up to full pallets if needed. For large quantities, please use the “comment box” on the order form to explain your request. We will align on the possibilities and will make you a tailor made offer.
Please indicate the required delivery date for your order. Normally we will send your order within five working days after having received the order. However, the total delivery time depends on the availability of the products in the supermarket and the delivery schedule of the carrier. If some of the ordered products are not available in the supermarket, we notify you directly.
Shipment via DHL, UPS or TNT
We organize the shipment via “Ex Works” format. Please notice that the marketcompany abroad organize its importlicences and further custom documents like health certificates.
The total cost of our service includes:
1. Shipment costs, will be invoiced by DHL, UPS or TNT
2. Purchase price of the products, invoiced by Sample Service Nederland
3. Fee per order, invoiced by Sample Service Nederland
Please: For normal shipments we don’t charge any costs for packaging material. Only when special materials are needed, like cooling elements, we will charge them. In these cases we will send a cost indication first, before executing your order.
The total cost structure is based on the services below;
Coördination of the requests and ordering via the website;
Website management and content;
Research and buying samples at retailers and wholesale;
Handling samples in special package to avoid damage;
On special request we send on pallets (10.000 units) or special chilled package;
Preparation and coördination DHL or carrier;
Invoicing to market companies abroad via PO# and accounts payable.
